We use plastic stretch cord for our bracelets. While very durable, it is not invincible, and breaks do happen. But we will do what we can to get you back in business!

Here's our repair process:

(1) Contact us at hello@stayseymour.com before placing a repair order to confirm that we are able to repair your item.

(2) Place a repair order for every item needing repair.

(3) Send your item to Stay Seymour, PO Box 9891, Wyoming, MI 49509.

Note: once received, repairs may take up to three weeks to complete.
